My Cards is designed without ads or advertising tracking. Your card information stays on your device and, if enabled, in your own iCloud account.

1. Where Your Card Information Is Stored

Your card information is stored locally on your Apple device.

If iCloud sync is enabled, your card information may also be stored in your personal iCloud account so it can sync across your Apple devices.

iCloud storage and sync are provided by Apple. My Cards does not have access to your iCloud account or the card information stored there.

2. How Your Card Information Is Used

Your card information is processed locally on your device to provide the app’s core features, such as:

  • Syncing your cards across your Apple devices through iCloud, if enabled

We do not sell your data or share your card information with stores, brands, advertisers, or data brokers.

4. Analytics and Tracking

We use Amplitude and Google Firebase to understand how the app is used, improve its features, and identify technical issues. They may receive information such as your app version, device model, operating system version, the screens and features you use, crash reports, and technical identifiers used to measure usage over time. My Cards has no user accounts, and this information is not linked to your identity.

They never receive your loyalty card numbers, barcodes, QR codes, or images.

Amplitude processes data in the EU, with IP address and location collection disabled. For Google Firebase, we have disabled IDFA collection, Google Signals, ads personalization, and granular location and device data collection. Google Analytics may still derive country or region information from your IP address before discarding it.

Analytics and diagnostic data is retained for no longer than 24 months.
